The women’s Finnish championship in American football will be decided this coming summer for the 19th time. The four-team league kicks off on the first weekend of June, and the championship will be determined in the final match played on August 15 at the Myyrmäki football stadium in Vantaa.

In the Women’s Maple League for the 2026 season, the teams Helsinki Wolverines, Turku Trojans, Tampere Saints and the promoted team Oulu Northern Lights will compete.

In the regular season, the teams will face each other twice. The place in the final will be determined in the semi-final matches, where the 1st and 4th place teams and the 2nd and 3rd place teams will meet.

In the 2025 season, the championship was won by Helsinki Wolverines.

• Saturday 6.6.  Helsinki Wolverines – Turku Trojans
• Sunday 7.6.  Tampere Saints – Oulu Northern Lights

All matches of the Women’s Maple League will be broadcast live on Ruudussa as usual.
